A flu shot clinic will be held on Wednesday, October 28 at the Stuart Public School gymnasium from 7:30 a.m. until 8:30 a.m.
Those in attendance need to bring their paperwork.

NCDHD will be hosting the following upcoming drive-through public influenza vaccine clinics throughout the district this week:
• Tuesday, October 27th – 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at NCDHD. Enter the alley from the East
• Wednesday, October 28th – 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Niobrara Public School parking lot
• Thursday, October 29th – 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. at NCDHD. Enter the alley from the East
• Monday, November 2nd – 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. at Rock County Fair Grounds in Bassett
NCDHD would like to remind those who are attending the drive-through clinics to please remain in your vehicle when arriving and follow the instructions on the signs. To fast track the clinic process, complete the vaccination form online prior to arrival and have a copy of your insurance card with you.

A funeral service for Dorothy Mlinar, age 98, of Atkinson and formerly of O’Neill will be held on Thursday, October 22, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. at Christ Lutheran Church in O’Neill. Rev. John Nelson will officiate.
A live stream of her funeral will be available on the Christ Lutheran YouTube channel.
Due to the current pandemic, masks will be suggested at the funeral.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 21, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Biglin’s Mortuary in O’Neill with a 7:00 p.m. prayer service.
Memorials may be directed to the family for future designation.

A Mass of Christian burial for Patricia Lee (Seger) Callahan, age 87, of Omaha, Neb. will be held on Tuesday, October 13, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church located at 3122 S. 74th St. in Omaha.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 12, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., with a Rosary at 7:00 p.m. at St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church.
Interment will be in Calvary Cemetery.

A private family funeral service for Donald Gokie, age 85, of Atkinson, Neb. will be held.
He died on October 4, 2020.
A funeral service for Betty Siebert, age 91, of Atkinson, Neb. will be held on Wednesday, October 7, 2020 at 10:30 a.m. at St. John's Lutheran Church in Atkinson.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday October 6, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Seger Funeral Home in Atkinson. There will be no prayer service.
Burial will be in the Woodlawn Cemetery at Atkinson.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that memorials be made to the Atkinson Public Library.
