The journalism class reviews Steffen's apple tart

Since fall is getting closer, it’s the season of apple desserts.

Apple is a staple of fall flavor so the Crofton Journalism class tested an apple tart made by Anthony Steffen on Friday, August 30.

The recipe received a 4-star review.

“I was surprised by how easy this dessert was to make and how nice it looked. The idea for the apple tart came from a magazine at my house.” Anthony Steffen said. “I really liked the crust,” Charlie Steffen stated. The tart was enjoyed by the students and staff.
